Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At Naaz Couture, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Eligibility:
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items or customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Process:
To initiate an exchange, contact us at naazofficial01@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and details.
Once approved, you can courier the product back to us. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Defective/Wrong Product:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
📌 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the case of:
A defective product received.
A wrong item delivered due to our error.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are made via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
